Recipe:


Ingredients:

2 ounces of bourbon/rye whisky
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice 
1/2 ounce simple syrup 
1 egg white (optional)
A dash of angostura bitters (optional)
slice of orange/lemon for garnish

Instructions:
Fill the shaker with ice.
Add whisky, lemon juice, sugar.
Shake well until the ingredients are well combined and chilled.
Garnish with orange/lemon slice.

Note: If you add egg white you need to double shake the drink, add all the ingredints and dry shake it without ice, and add ice and shake it again.
